¶ 1 COMES NOW, the above named defendant, and pursuant to N.D.R.Crim.P. 43(b), states and acknowledges as follows:
¶ 2 I consent that Attorney Sarah M. Kyte of Grand Forks, North Dakota, may appear on my behalf and without my presence for any and all purposes permitted pursuant to the above- referenced rule.
¶ 3 I understand the charge or charges against me, and the maximum possible penalty or penalties and any minimum penalties which apply.
¶ 4 I understand I have the right to plead guilty or not guilty, and my rights with respect to a trial, including the right to a jury trial, the presumption of innocence, the right to confront and cross-examine witnesses against me, the right to subpoena my own witnesses, and the right to testify or remain silent as I alone may choose.
